To use, remove the pad from the wrapper and place it in your underwear with the adhesive side down. For best protection, ensure the pad is centered and the wings are folded around the underwear to hold it in place. Change the pad every 4-6 hours or as needed. After use, wrap the pad in toilet paper and dispose of it in the trash. Always wash your hands after handling menstrual products.
